मंगलायतन विश्वविद्यालय में गुरुवार को आईबीएमसी विभाग द्वारा अतिथि व्याख्यान का आयोजन शिप्रा ब्लाक में किया गया। जिसमें टाटा कंपनी के सीनियर लीडर कैंपस टैलेंट एक्विजिशन व विवि के पूर्व छात्र वरुण सिंह ने विद्यार्थियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि कंपनी की व्यवस्थाओं को बनाए रखने के लिए एचआर (ह्यूमन रिसोर्स) की आवश्यकता होती है। एचआर किसी भी कंपनी में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिकाओं में से एक है। इसमें करियर बनाने के लिए कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स की आवश्यकता है। यदि कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स अच्छी है तो आप किसी को भी आकर्षित कर सकते हैं। आप जॉब करें या बिजनेस सफल होने के लिए अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति में ताकत और कमजोरी दोनों होती हैं, हमें अपनी कमजोरियों की पहचान करके उसे दूर करने के साथ श्रेष्ठता प्राप्त करने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने महत्वपूर्ण सॉफ्ट स्किल्स पर चर्चा करते हुए एचआर के क्षेत्र में करियर शुरू करने के टिप्स भी दिए। सत्र विद्यार्थियों के लिए इंटरैक्टिव और ज्ञानवर्धक रहा। कार्यक्रम के अंत में विद्यार्थियों द्वारा प्रश्न पूछे गए जिनका वक्ता ने उत्कृष्ट उत्तर दिया। इस अवसर पर विभागाध्यक्ष प्रो. राजीव शर्मा, प्रो. अनुराग शाक्य, प्रो. सिद्धार्थ जैन, प्रो. अंकुर अग्रवाल, डा. नियति शर्मा, डा. शालू अग्रवाल, राजेश पंचासरा आदि थे।
